We are located 3.9 miles from Farnborough town centre

• Head south on the Farnborough Road A325
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Wellington Ave/A323

• Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit (go straight)
• Turn right in to Morrisons and it is possible to park in the underground car park.
• Take Elevator to level 2. Turn left as you exit the elevator to walk past the travel lodge. At the end of this road you will see the Church and the practice entrance is on the other side.

We encourage patients to join our annual registration or Denplan scheme and have regular examinations. Registered patients receive an inclusive annual check-up, a reduced rate on all treatments and in the event of an emergency will be seen within 24 hours and have access to emergency advice outside normal working hours.We are delighted to welcome New Patients of all ages
