We are located 4.5 miles from Fleet town centre

• Head southeast on Reading Rd S/A323 toward Glen Rd. Continue to follow Reading Road south.
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Beacon Hill Rd/B3013
• Turn left onto Bourley Road
• Continue onto Wellesley Road
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Wellington Ave/A323

• Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit (go straight)
• Turn right in to Morrisons and it is possible to park in the underground car park.
• Take Elevator to level 2. Turn left as you exit the elevator to walk past the travel lodge. At the end of this road you will see the Church and the practice entrance is on the other side.
