We are located 3.3miles from Farnham town centre

• From Farnham Take the  A325 northbound
• At the Wellington roundabout take the 3rd exit (turn right)
• Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit (go straight)
• Turn right in to Morrisons and it is possible to park in the underground car park.
• Take Elevator to level 2. Turn left as you exit the elevator to walk past the travel lodge.
• At the end of this road you will see the Church and the practice entrance is on the other side.
