• Go through 2 roundabouts
• Slight right to stay on B3411
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Sturt Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Mytchett Rd/B3411
• Go through 2 roundabouts
• Turn right onto Stratford Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto B3166
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Lynchford Rd/A3011
• Go through 2 roundabouts
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Farnborough Rd/A325
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Wellington Ave/A323

Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit (go straight)

• Turn right in to Morrisons and it is possible to park in the underground car park.
• Take Elevator to level 2. Turn left as you exit the elevator to walk past the travel lodge. At the end of this road you will see the Church and the practice entrance is on the other side.
